Boba pearls machine production steps
- After the idle machine has finished running, turn the surface speed knob and cutting speed knob to the left.
- Turn on the power switch on the side of the main power switch, and turn the facial control knob to the facial speed digital display to display 30. Observe whether the pressure roller is eating material.
- After pressing the surface roller, observe whether the roller and the guide wheel are feeding the dough smoothly in the transparent observation panel, and turn on the tool power switch. The two-digit display number 50 is displayed on the right side of the tool speed control knob.
- Slowly adjust the cutter speed control knob to the left. After placing the dough into the forming wheel, watch it form. When the material is smaller than the diameter of the forming groove, the cutting speed can be slowed down or the dough speed can be accelerated. When the material is larger than the diameter of the forming groove, the cutting speed can be slowly increased or the dough speed can be slowed down.
- When the material diameter is consistent with the forming groove diameter, stop surface speed adjustment or cutter speed adjustment.
Machine maintenance and safety
Safety:
- Prohibit uninterruptible power supply for maintenance.
- When the machine is running, it is forbidden to remove the side sealing plate A, the side sealing plate B, the front sealing plate, and the rear sealing plate.
- When the machine is running, it is forbidden to press the face wheels and the pressure wheel B by hand.
- When the machine is running, it is forbidden to adjust the cutter and the pallet by hand.
Maintenance:
- Power off the machine during maintenance.
- Check the chain, fixing bolts, etc. loosely every 6 months, and butter the chain sprocket once.
